Customer service is very important at Urban Escape Games and we go to great lengths to make sure we achieve excellent customer service. We work hard to unsure that each person that walks through our doors has an amazing experience and truly feeling welcomed by our staff. We believe that in order to run a successful business every employee has to believe that customer service is of top importance.
A few weeks ago we had a large group event planned at Urban Escape Games and on the day of the event the weather was awful. Right before the group was to arrive the skies opened up and it started to pour down rain. So, our awesome staff quickly grabbed umbrellas and went outside as they awaited the arrival of our customers. They met each customer at their car and walked them inside under a large umbrella. Playing an Escape Game soaking wet would be miserable so we ensure that everyone is dry and happy well playing our games. Below is a picture of a few of our staff members out in the rain bringing our customers in from the storm.
This is just one of the many things we do achieve excellent customer service. We want groups that walk in our door to notice our amazing staff right when they walk into our lobby. So our lobby staff is always there to greet everyone with a smile, prepare people with tips for their escape rooms and answer any questions that people may have that pertain to our Escape Rooms. All of our staff is very friendly and love to talk about our escape games before and after people have experienced them.
